SDK installation
Install the official TypeScript or async Python client in your application.
Both SDK packages are named tabsail. They manage session resources and lifecycle; your chosen CDP client handles webpage actions.
Install version 0.1.0 from npm or PyPI.
Requires Node.js 24 or newer and supports ESM:
pnpm add tabsail@0.1.0 playwrightimport { TabSail } from 'tabsail';
const client = new TabSail();Configuration
Set TABSAIL_BASE_URL=https://tabsail.com for the hosted service and TABSAIL_API_KEY to a project API key, or provide constructor options. Use your instance's root URL for local or separate deployments. The SDK does not load .env files automatically. Keep /v1 out of the base URL.
The SDK does not install Playwright, model libraries, or server internals. Install the browser client you use separately.
